What if my product gets damaged in transit?
We recommend you inspect the package as soon as it reaches you. If the shipment appears damaged when it arrives, please notify us immediately at info3@nicerinterior.com OR info@officechairscanada.com. We will work to ensure a return, refund or replacement, as per your decision.
Please ensure you use original packaging only when returning damaged items. If there’s further damage while in-transit due to poor packaging, any additional damage costs lies with you the customer.
